"Easy check-in and check-out. Kitchen well stocked Very cleanLocation is excellent and centrally located but not too busy or crowded. A birder's dream because the neighborhood has a lot of well-established landscape and bird habitat. There is an empty lot next door that the javalina like to frequent so keep your dog on a leash in the front. "

"Check in and communication through reservation system was pretty seamless. House was amazing, right on the creek. Coffee in the morning on the creek and a glass of wine in the evening at the same spot. Perfect for relaxing and done much needed family time. My only issue was we like to take walks in the morning and could not exit the property without using a car to activate the front gate. Maybe the battery in the box on the inside was dead. We worked around it. Pet friendly and man did the dogs love it. Thank you for sharing this tremendous home. "
"This house was great. It was clean, and included everything that was needed for the stay. The whole process and stay went very smoothly. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Clara was very responsive and checked in to see if everything was going well. The views from the front window were amazing, and the house is very close to everything that was needed and hiking trails. The back yard was also laid out very well. It was very peaceful and quiet and had great star gazing. I would stay here again on future trips to Sedona. "

"We loved the idea of having a fully fenced backyard for our pups. It was very inviting and clean. Had everything and extras of anything you could need for your stay.
The only thing l could complain about is the chairs on the dining room table need to be tightened. Most of the legs were loose.
