"Stayed here for Rockville. The place was a good value since it sits right on the beach with private steps down to the water. A great porch to sit and look out at the ocean view. 3 rooms are very good size with comfortable beds. There is an additional room that has two sets of bunk beds that is tiny. I think it would be better to remove the one set of beds to make it a bit more comfortable. There is only one bathroom and the toilet had some issues but it worked for us and Ken had a guy coming to...

"Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. The place is in need of some TLC, There is a window held on with duct tape and one of the bathroom doors didn't latch shut. The ad makes you feel...
