Yes, we had breakfast outside this morning, it was great. Also checking in was a breeze, man at the desk was professional, personable and had a great smile the whole time. We come back here year after year, good to see Shannon is still here .

There were some problems with some of the appliances in our room ,the staff and manager looked after the problems promptly and did a room switch and upgrade for the problems ,the end result was a plus for all .Excellent customer service !Thank you !

Our room was clean and housekeeping came by daily to check on our needs.All the staff are friendly and helpful !! Our Burgers from H2O were very good! Outdoor Pool area is nice and clean and servers are great! But if you’re looking for a Tiki Bar vibe by the water, this isn’t it. Parking is tight no doubt but I would recommend this property if you’re looking to chill. The location is convenient too!
