「We loved our 5 nights at cottage #5, we had great weather until the check out day. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and cozy.」

I would deffinetly rent this place again. The owner was also very nice and great to talk to. All questions were answered in a timely manor.」

「This house has fun access to a dock on the bay and a walkway to the Gulf beach. It is located in a lovely area with great beaches and lovely homes. It is fairly close to grocery store and a good variety of restaurants. The kitchen is very small and not well suited/equipped for making large meals, but is ok for breakfast and lunch. The house is older and has a bit of a musty smell and you need to bring all that you need in terms of toilet paper and toiletries.」

The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. Property Mgr was quite attentive and called to check on us during a thunderstorm. When trying to figure out the kitchen situation, we were NOT told about the induction cook top surface with 4 burners. This info needs to be added to the description.
