「Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. 「Great little hidden gem not far from town. Well appointed cozy place and bonus outdoor kitchen/gathering area. Our pup had a great weekend with us and felt right at home from the onset. Everything was wonderful, we were attending a wedding party at a small ranch on Kirby Thompson and this was an amazing find just down the road. We really enjoyed the wildlife (raccoons, deer, cattle & plenty of birds) and Riley’s (ranch dog) company was a bonus. Definitely a repeat for us. Thank you so much...

「Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. 「Comfortable and quaint house. It felt homey upon entry. One block walk to paradise and its sunsets. I would recommend this little get away. The only downside would be it could use a good thorough cleaning. Washing floors, and a good dusting. But overall and perfect stay. 」

「For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.」

「my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. 」
