「The room wasn’t clean, the pillows had hair all over, the chair in the room had tape over a holes it had, and the toilet was dirty. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty, had possibly mold or rust on the fridge. It was super noisy the whole time, paper thin walls and door. At 4am there were people talking loudly in the hall and could hear everything they were saying. Was looking forward to the hotel breakfast, but it was cold and the food selection was awful. 」

「This was my third stay at The Principal Hotel. The history of this property is unique and the rooms are amazing - essentially in brand-new condition and very tastefully designed and decorated. I've eaten at the adjoining restaurant, the Graphite, on one occasion. Amazing food! (When the Graphite is closed on Mondays, I eat at the Thai House restaurant within blocks of the hotel. 「Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty」

「Staff were wonderful as we booked the room on the way there while on the road. Rooms were comfortable and had great views of the Arch. The pool and delicious breakfast were so nice and just an added bonus.」
