"Did not use business facilities, gym, pool or any other amenities. My room was just fine for my needs. The only suggestions are improve lighting in bath so that it is good for makeup application; also provide a seat in the shower for a more secure and safe showering experience. Thank you. "

"2nd floor button in elevator did not work/ light up"

"The room wasn’t clean, the pillows had hair all over, the chair in the room had tape over a holes it had, and the toilet was dirty. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty, had possibly mold or rust on the fridge. It was super noisy the whole time, paper thin walls and door. At 4am there were people talking loudly in the hall and could hear everything they were saying. Was looking forward to the hotel breakfast, but it was cold and the food selection was awful. "

"Hotel served its purpose for the night. Front desk was nice but he double as repairman cause the elevator was faulty. Got stuck and it sounded like the breaks were angry. We got out (it returned us to the first floor) and the front desk guy was trying to fix it. Quite a bit of hair in the hotel room, the shower and bed sheets. The fridge had mold in it. Other than that, everything worked. Nice tv. Pool and hot tub looked clean but I didn’t"

"Staff was mixed; one staff member was seriously aggressive during a couple of incidents noted during our stay. Sounded like she needed to deal with some issues but wish she had used more discretion. "
