"Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Room was recently refurbished, lovely decor, furniture and bedding. Had bar snacks in the evening in beautiful surroundings and the food was very good. Used the valet parking at the front of the hotel, which was wonderful as it was pouring with rain! Overall a great trip🎄!"

"The hotel is in a great location to get around the city. Very near to bus stops and the station. The staff I came into contact with at the hotel were very polite, professional and helpful.
