「Hice una reservacion por 5 dias, luego nos enteramos q el viaje era de tres dias, me comunique con HOTELS.COM para quitar dos dias y nos dijeron q era mejor cancelarla y hacer otra por tres dias, bueno alli empezo el problema, no nos querian devolver el monto anticipado por la primera reserva, y HOTELS.COM me dijeron que necesitaban “aprobacion” del hotel para devolverme el dinero, resulta q ellos al hotel solomle pagaron la segunda reserva de solo tres dias, en fin HOTELS.COM nos roba nuestro...

「街から離れていたのもあり、退屈するのではないかと不安がありましたが、ホテル内のアクティビティ、食事、施設が充実しており、何よりオークルインクルーシブは退屈させませんでした。街へ行くにも無料のシャトルバスがあるし、テイデ山へ行くツアーも聞けば案内してくれました。食事は毎日飽きず、どれもとても美味しかったです。スタッフのサービスも良く、充実したあっという間の一時でした。また訪れたいです。」

「It was our fourth or fifth time at the resort over the last twenty years. An ideal place to stay if you're looking for some sun, peace & quiet (excepting the planes coming in to land at Tenerife South, but at least it's not directly under the flight path like some). Reception staff are always helpful and any issues are dealt with quickly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, certainly a step up on our early stays. Happy to go back again in the next year or two.」

「Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles gut ausgestattet und auf einem modernen Stand der Technik. Die Anlage befindet sich in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört. Ganz im Gegenteil. Es war ziemlich cool. Alles in allem werden wir diese Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen」

「Alojamiento cómodo y con buena relación calidad precio. Nos alojamos en la habitación con cocina privada y baño compartido. Los baños siempre estaban limpios y el alojamiento en general también. Cami nos dio la mejor bienvenida con mucha simpatía y profesionalidad. Un servicio 10/10 de su parte. 」

「We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities.」

「空港からタクシーで20分ほど。ビーチは目の前、窓から海がみえます。ベランダの椅子や屋上のリクライニングチェアでゆっくりと過ごす時間は素敵です。滞在中はプールサイドで波の音を聞きながらゆっくりしました。客室が多くないせいか、館内はとても落ち着いていて静かです。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。朝ごはんはオーダー制で毎日とても美味しかったです。日曜はブランチビュッフェでした。隣接する二つのホテルは系列ホテルで館内から直接アクセス可能です。飲食店やショッピングエリアはホテルからすぐです。」
