Good all inclusive food and drink. Nice swimming pools. Shortage of pool chairs by the pools due to people hogging with their towels for hours while they go do other activities. The hotel should put out a few more chairs and enforce some rules, such as if you don’t use the chair for an hour your towel will be removed so another person can have a pool chair.

When I first arrived I was given the wrong room then they gave me another room to wait for my room and they said they were going call me in1 hour which they never did so 2 hours after I called the lobby where No one answered. The next day I Paid EXTRA to upgrade my room and I was sent to the 5th floor where the elevator was off service my intire stayed plus there was no water in the shower. Two times the cleaning people opened my room while I was sleeping one of them telling me that he was doing linen inventory the other one to ask for the time that I was leaving. Some off the restaurant employees were racist. Very disappointed

The whole property needs to be updated especially the rooms .”the better rooms are by the ocean view or partial view “ also better because your closer to the bigger pool and the buffet /lunch restaurant. Also needs more food options. Did not like the reusable cups I feel like they weren’t clean right . I did like the swing bar . The bar attendants were nice especially pascual and Enrique.also if you want to get your steps in this is the place for you or you could wait for the trolley !every thing at the resort is a walking distance .

A lot of complaints from other guests about building 6 7 and 8 about mould and mildew in their rooms. When they asked to be switched to different rooms they were charged between $700 to $900. The food at the buffets were subpar, Beach was terrible, booze seemed watered down. I would not recommend staying here. Had much better experiences in Cuba of all places. This resort is rated as a 5 star. 2 star is what I would give. The only positive mention for this resort is the amazing staff!

This property was suggested to me by my friend, the we booked it last minute. It is old, the lobby needs care. The biggest issue is the ack of shaded areas in the pool or beach areas. It was panic level disappointment. Ppl knew & they designated someone to wake up early to reserve spots. We did not do that, we were their to rest, but that was such a disappointment. What was the point of the trip if we could not be on the water & under shaded area? Personally,I had no sip of alcohol, my diet is restricted. I tipped generously because I appreciate the frontline workers & love Mexican ppl. The frontline people made the experience all worth while, but was not impressed with the resort. Also the pillows were not pillows but accent cushions, low quality & painful to sleep on. For 7 days we could not find a shaded place on the pool, let alot the beach because it was not accessible from the seaweed. The resort has good landscaping and it was safe. We felt safe and welcomed, but the management has to seriously look after the lack of shaded spaces the pillows need to be replaced. Also what was this lobby about? It has to be more accommodating with some areas to allow people to recharge their phones and rest up and relax while checking in or out. Also the lobby has to have a coffee area. They have to take into account that not everyone is in Mexico for alcohol. Mexican people are hard working, kind, generous, and my feedback is in efforts to help the resort to be better place. Thx

Resort is beautiful with several pools and accessible bars by the pool side. Rooms are clean, the washroom just needs some updates and a bit more cleaning. The buffets are amazing but the an la cart menus at the restaurants need a bit of work. Staff very friendly.

This was the worst all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. We booked two rooms (1019 and 1026) while traveling as a family. Both rooms had visible mold and moisture issues. Room 1026 (garden view) had a very strong mold and humidity smell, and the bathrooms had black mold around the tiles and tub. The smell was so bad that when we returned home we had to wash all of our clothes — even the ones we never wore — because everything smelled like mold. We complained immediately, but it took days to hear back, and only two days before our 10-day vacation ended did they say they might have another room, but could not guarantee both rooms together, even though we clearly requested that when booking. An Expedia agent told us this resort was 4.5 stars, which is not even close. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t give it even 2 stars. Food options were very limited. No natural juices (all from concentrate), very poor white wine, only one kind of beer. The only decent restaurant was the Italian restaurant. The snack bar food sat in the heat too long, and both my wife and I got sick. The resort feels old and poorly maintained. We have many photos showing the condition. Do not recommend. Stay away if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

This place is broken down. Minimal chairs no shade. Food was average. Get up at 3am to get a chair.

I would not return. We were in a room that smelled and had mold on the walls/curtains. The sink didn’t drain correctly. We were able to move to a different building, which was better but the shower didn’t drain correctly and the room smelled like paint. Everything is extremely outdated. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, and the concierge was amazingly helpful.

Property is clean, but very outdated. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once and we were there for 4 days. Staff was very accommodating and nice! Food I would say below average! Comparing to other resorts in the area! But you’re getting what you pay for!

The food is really not acceptablr. Additionally thry have allowed the facility to run down We had an outdoor pool room and there were chips that cut my kids feet on the stairs There is a shortage of towels and the overall room is run down and not kept in a reasonable manner
