"Staff was very friendly, but the place was not clean. The floor in the room was nasty. There were splatters on the wall by the toilet. Stains on the pillowcase. "

"The A/C unit had an electrical issue. All night I had to bump the electrical plug for the unit. I wanted to just unplug it but the plug was stuck in the outlet. My fear is that the plug has arced an welded itself to the outlet. I reported that to the staff. The room smelled horribly of smoke and I even found ashes on the top of the soap dispenser in the shower. The staff was familiar with this issue. I should have asked for another room but didn't. "

"Bed was so comfortable. The best I have ever slept in at a hotel. Room was clean and the little touches were perfect. I loved how the tissues at the top of the tissue block looked like a flower and the toilet paper end was tied in a bow. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and was tasty."
