I was in room 304 and it was recently remodeled. Very nice improvement. Have stayed here on several occasions as I travel a lot for work and I am always looking for cheap, clean,and safe places to stay. Yes this hotel does have direct entrance from outside instead of being enclosed but it has never been an issue for me. Nice job on the remodeling. Makes the room much brighter and love that you added a kitchen sink in addition to the bathroom sink . Saved a lot on bottled water costs.

Everything about the inn and staff were exceptional and we plan to use the facility in the future. GREAT JOB RED ROOF IN !!! HOWEVER, the experience of Expedia screwing up the booking was beyond the pale and Expedia's refusal to correct the booking or refund our money was criminal. Expedia does everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility when THEY SCREW UP. i should have never booked through Expedia in the first place. Instead I went direct to the Inn to book the room CORRECTLY, but Expedia refused to refund our money from the booking THEY SCREWED UP. ***DON'T EVER USE EXPEDIA they will never admit (and fix) what they screw up.) I will get money money back from those criminals !!!!!

We paid for a King Rm on Expedia and were given a full sized rom instead. It was late and we were tired so we spoke to the Front Desk Manager about it. The maid was present when we complained and was very confused since that room was out of order and shouldn't have been used at all. The manager said he was sending an email certificate to us, to apologize for the confusion and disappointment. That was three days ago. I really hope it comes soon before I feel the need to YELP about it.

Registration was terrible. There was a person behind the counter but the kiosk was required. It was hard to hear and understand. There was a long time delay between doing things and the reaction of the person on the other end.
