Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were available to help 24/7. Laundry room was nice with plenty of machines to use. Breakfast could’ve been better, it was just prepackaged muffins and granola bars.

The room was cleaned but it smelled like a sewer the bed was small and still had plastic on it, also cups, spoons, forks and plates do not come with the room. On the positive side, it was not loud, quiet and the staff is somewhat helpful. Will I go back? No! But I appreciate them allowing us to stay at they property.

The place smells very bad the floor are very dirty, and the bath horrible, I was supposed to stay for 4 nights but i left the next day I couldn’t be there, I separated a deluxe king bed and they put me in a room the have 2 twin bed for 4 people. I went to the reception, and requested to be change, but the other room was same as dirty as the other one I don’t recommend this place at all and more If you are with kids.

My stay was good until the last 24 hours. Let me say staff was great. Mihir was so helpful and so was See, not sure if I’m spelling her name right. So, the last 24 hours I saw 4 roaches, I was itching uncontrollably and unpacked and shook all my belongings twice for fear of taking them with me. I did not sleep last night because I was fearful of them crawling on me. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. I understand people are not all clean but nothing was done for my discomfort or my mental health. My anxiety has me itching right now just thinking about it. I feel I should have been compensated for part of my stay. Roaches are nasty and can become a huge problem if not addressed. I am still fearful that one may have gotten in my luggage. I would hope that the owner would reach out and make good on this situation. Sincerely unhappy guest, Rachel

Although clean, this is a rundown and somewhat dingy property. Expect stains, strong smells in the hallways, uncomfortable squeaky beds on exposed bedframes with metal legs a bit like a camp cot, and not the type of breakfast selection you usually see at hotels with “free breakfast”. I wish I’d chosen somewhere nicer for our stay. Still, staff is courteous and it serves the purpose for the price.

The smell was weird, which I could get over, but none of the amenities actually came with the room. They all had to be requested. Breakfast options - muffin or granola bar. Two flavors of each but that is it, with coffee. Inside the same area are two vending machines. During my three day stay not once was the room touched. Staff were pleasant at every encounter.

Could have been better.

All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were wonderful. The rooms were clean, although a bit run down since my last stay there in 2019. Our room was missing a cupboard door, the tv had a cracked screen, and the flush button on the toilet kept getting stuck down. None of those things really detracted from our stay, but the beds and pillows were an issue for all of us. We were so uncomfortable that none of us got much sleep, and were sore the next day.

This particular hotel felt a bit newer than others of this type. For instance, although it did not seem any larger than other extended, stay hotels, it had the benefit of having two adjacent elevators. This may sound like a no-brainer, but I have been to many fully booked extended stay hotels with only one small elevator and it’s a nightmare. Not just for your typical ingress and egress out of the hotel, guests are constantly checking in and out with typically an elevator full of belongings. It’s very frustrating when hotels only have one elevator, particularly for those of us who are a bit older with mobility issues. I found the staff to be extremely responsive. A few days into my stay my refrigerator died. Just a few minutes later, maintenance appeared at my door and within just a few minutes my refrigerator was replaced. I found my fellow guests to be quiet and respectful. The laundry room was large and modern with working machines and provided an online option to pay for laundry using the funding source of your choice. I particularly found the staff to be extremely helpful. As a business traveler was also self-employed working on a project of an indeterminant length, they were extremely accommodating and helping me extend my stay when necessary and provided suggestions that helped me maximize savings. I found their guest service to be top-notch.

Very dated and old facility. The rooms and its surroundings smelled of weed. Nothing the management can do about it if the guests do not follow the general guidelines. However from new guest’s perspective it makes for bad experience. The staff were very friendly they went above and beyond to ensure better experience. However the hotel needs some serious redevelopment. Everything is so old,dated, stained, broken. It does not feel that we are getting value for the money even though it is cheaper it still feels overpriced.

Just ok. Watch out for hidden fee

Stay was ok. There is a 50$ hidden fee at check in. No other extended stay i have stayed in has that. Showers were clean and had hot water. The bed is old and wrapped in plastic. Very uncomfortable and hot. Staff isnt the most friendly or willing to help. If your in a pinch this is ok. But i would recomend a different extended stay.
