「出会ったフロントの方はすべて感じがよい。水周りも清潔。簡易スリッパ、歯ブラシやデンタルフロスも備え付けてあった。買い物(スーパー)食事も近い。客の出入りの際などの声がわりと響くと思ったが、その為なのか最初から耳栓が置いてありました。駅にも近く、スーツケース一つ程度なら徒歩でも行けました。」

「Only a few minutes walk from the train station. This hotel was a perfect stop for us while in Rome. The room had everything we needed and the host was super helpful with a map that showed recommended places to eat as well as the sights. I would stay there again!」

「We had a wonderful stay for three nights. Unfortunately, I suffered from heat exhaustion during our trip, so I had to spend most of the second and third days resting in the room. Thankfully, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was spacious and comfortable, which allowed me to recover and relax. We had also mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and we were delighted to find a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay...

「We loved to stay this hotel, it was very comfortable. Real problem is Expedia operation for this kind of accommodations that do not have reception desk for check-in. We had various difficulty and troubles in other places. Expedia should seriously consider for improvement. 」

「Super convenient location and nice host. Walkable to major sites like colosseum and metro right beside for Vatican City. Would stay again if visiting Rome.」

「Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great—within walking distance of most of Rome’s major attractions. Communication with the management was outstanding. Although there was no front desk, they responded almost instantly via WhatsApp, and they quickly provided extra towels and bedding when we requested them. We stayed at the Executive Suite with Balcony (which is 732 sq. ft.)… seems pretty big, BUT the layout was very awkward. There wasn’t really a comfortable place to sit down/eat....

「二回目だったのですが、変わらずWhatsAppでの対応の仕方やフロントでの対応の仕方が素晴らしく丁寧でとても安心して利用できるホテルでした。また前回のお部屋ではNetflixが見れたこと、今回のお部屋ではYouTubeや Spotifyを繋げてゆっくり過ごす事ができたことがとてもいいところでした。次回ローマに来るときも利用したいです。」

「結局チェックインせずにチェックアウトした。 臨機応変の対応だった。 バスルームが取ってつけたようなもので、すごく狭かったのは残念」
