Smart guest house was a great stay and in a perfect location if you want to stay close to the termini train station. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again.

Great place walking distance to train station

Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.

Greatt accommodation

The place was really nice for our stay in Rome. We found the space clean and tidy. The entrance outside might intimidate you with all the graffiti but you will not be disappointed by the room given to you! Recommended!!

Great location near the train station - less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to access everything in the city. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Felt safe - which is important when you are a solo traveler. Was able to leave my luggage in the am to explore the city which was a nice bonus!

The room was very clean, really liked it. I have to mention that our room was street level and very noisy from the outside. If you are a light sleeper not good for you. Location was fantastic! Area not clean, lots of garbage and foul smell. If it’s for one or two nights, worth it.

Pros: 1- good and reasonable price for what you get 2- very convenient checking in and out. Everything was remote 3- close to bus station 4- the owner is great and very responsive.he let us check in a little earlier which was so nice of him Cons: 1- bed was not comfortable. It makes a lot of noise

This room is two blocks from the Rome Termini station. It was easy to get into the property using the online key system. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great.

Wonderful property, great staff. My only issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning on the first night however it was fixed the next day. There was no compensation for this. Otherwise wonderful stay!

The host and staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The host was very responsive and even reached out prior to the trip to ensure we properly checked in. The room was perfect for two people & beautiful. In an ideal location, a 5-7 min walk from Rome Termini. Housing is VERY secure and safe, will definitely stay here when I visit Rome again! I forgot to take photos of the room but they are EXACTLY as shown on the website. Very pretty & modern.

Very clean, modern room. Felt spacious (room 3) due to the very high ceiling. Less than five minutes' walk to Rome's main train station, but on a quiet street. A few amenities were missing from its profile: kettle, mini fridge - nice touches. Good communication before my stay.

Spenr one night before leaving Rome. Good area by train station. Nice room but a little smaller than some we stayed in. All electronic checkin and key works fine but follow the instructions exactly. Location is not very obvious. There is a small sign by the front door of the building.

Good location, and easy to find, access via phone app, so fine as long as you have phone charge. If staying in appt 2 it's worth bringing earplugs as the room is directly above a shop that seems to be very popular with locals and doesn't close until near midnight.

Location was very close to public transportation. Access to the property was easy and convient. Property was clean. Room 1 was noisy because it was street level and you could hear when people were talking or the street cleaners. For the price I think more than 1 towel could have been given.

Communication regarding checking in was very good. We really like the electronic locks for the first two doors. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great! Very easy to find from the train station and then an easy walk to most sites. The only issue was the air conditioner would not work. We attempted to message the host but did not get a response. Felt safe leaving the windows open to help keep the room cool.
