"Ideally located near Trevi fountain, flexible check in, responsive staff, left luggage, modern clean and comfortable room. This small lift is an experience, but super convenient to have one in an older building like this. Extremely good value for money. "

"On our first day, we had a hygiene issue with the room. Upon reporting it to reception, we were offered another room but at an additional cost of 50 Euros. After some negotiation, we got shifted to another room free of cost. This set the tone of our experience… The breakfast in this hotel is very limited and didn't meet our expectations. There was no signage on the dishes and options were limited. Breakfast ends at 10:30AM. Despite arriving at 10AM, the bread had finished and when asked whether it would be refilled they said that's all that's left - small bread bites. The breakfast room was very dull and limited in space. Overall, the location is great, walking distance to almost all attractions, public transport and supermarket is also nearby. The staff at this hotel was generally friendly and welcoming."
