The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and a pool at each location, creating a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The 2 properties are only a few minutes walk. Staff are amazing, friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Solved my problem immediately. Breakfast is good with a variety of local and Western fresh and healthy options. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants, yet still feels secluded. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing tropical getaway. Tip: there is a shop 5 minwalk south past the coffee shop that has everything you need if you forget anything (swimsuits, shoes, food, toiletries, etc) "

"The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Lots of plug sockets, very comfy bed - just perfect."

"Very clean and quiet . It is not in the Main Street . But you do not want to be in Main Street . It is a 5 minutes walking to trade for the transquility and peace with a better pricing "

"Beautiful property on the beach. Very relaxing . Garden setting with a great pool. Excellent food at the restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. Some very good restaurants close by. Bungalow style rooms with good size balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful to make you comfortable. Diem, the very special lady at the front desk was so nice and even went to the airport with me to help fix a complicated problem to get me on my flight. ‘Would love to come back. "

"The staff & property were very good. Property fabulous location, close to airport, private beach & good selection of restaurants outside property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. This l felt to be excessive for an extra 2 hours when checkout time was 1pm. Overall a fantastic property to relax just a shame of the late checkout fee. "

"We booked and paid for 8 nights in advance but stayed for just 4 nights and found a better place in Grand World. Closer to the beach. The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. But that was consistent even in other areas of Phu Quoc. "
