Excellent stay with a good size pool and easy beach access. The staff were amazing especially ChefTuyet Ly- who conducted our cooking class, Sam and Tuyen- groom the dining room service, Tinh- who made the best omelettes. All staff excellent!! It was very close to all free bus services and many local restaurants....

Beautiful property on the beach. Very relaxing . Garden setting with a great pool. Excellent food at the restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. Some very good restaurants close by. Bungalow style rooms with good size balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful to make you comfortable. Diem, the very special lady at the front desk was so nice and even went to the airport with me to help fix a complicated problem to get me on my flight. ‘Would love to come back.

A lovely hotel with very good facilities and also in a good local location for restaurants and bars. If there is a drawback it has its own beach but because of erostion you have to go down steps to get into the water. But we both liked this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back again.

Beautiful beach front location

The location room and service are all excellent and could not fault anything but have 3 small suggestions. The breakfast buffet could offer a wider cereal or more western choices but the food available was excellent quality. Secondly as the windows have Venetian blinds the bedroom is not completely dark especially if the room is next to a resort light. So suggest an additional blackout blind. Lastly the room doors need a better seal or brush strip at the bottom as they allow small lizards into the room. I am not scared of them but some people obviously won’t want a lizard in the room. Just suggesting some minor improvements.

What do you want from your trip? Is it for relaxation or business? If you want a quiet and comfortable rest, this is the best resort. I stayed here for a week. The staff treated me with the best service and kindness. I tend to use the room relatively cleanly, but they provide daily cleaning and tidying. Be sure to include breakfast. They provide moderate and quality food. The 2.2 meter deep swimming pool in the resort is always in good condition, and it provides a lot of fun compared to the general shallow pool. Beach towels are provided. You can return them to the staff after use. If you are confident in swimming in the sea on a nice day, you can enjoy swimming in the sea in front of the resort. The resort's private beach has a beach bar. Good food, drinks, cocktails, especially the friendly staff. It is located 15 minutes from the airport, and if you tell the resort your arrival flight and arrival time by email, they will pick you up. If you tell the resort your return flight and time, they will provide transportation according to your return time. (You can get to the airport conveniently.) There are relatively good local restaurants within 5 minutes for dinner. What do you want during your trip? This place will provide you with the best space and environment to do whatever you want. Enjoy a leisurely and comfortable trip here. If I travel to Phu Quoc again, I will stay here again.

From our enthusiastic welcome to our warm send off, our stay at the Famiana Resort & Spa was superb. From the ever smiling Loc at the front desk, to Tuyet and Diem who were always ready to help and were always so kind, our 21 night stay was beyond excellent. The breakfast staff, without exception, was always friendly helpful and Lehn at the omelette station consistently served up great eggs fried, scrambled or as omelettes. While commenting on food we must say we absolutely loved the beachfront “Sip & Heal Beach Bar” (and restaurant.) We regularly sipped there and every night, while many guests went off property to “enjoy” noisy traffic at nearby restaurants, we opted for tranquil ocean sounds, passing fish boats, stunning sunsets and later the distant green lights of the squid fishing fleet. Oh, and the meals were delicious and very fairly priced. Rooms and housekeepers were wonderful. We had room H215 and we think it was the best room on the property. A minute’s walk leads to the beach chairs, shady palm trees and steps leading to the beach. With ocean wave patterns, the resort maintains the lounging area on higher ground while a wall keeps the ocean at a lower level. Unlike many resorts, we never noticed people “reserving” chairs or hammocks for the day. To stop beach walkers from wandering on to the property and taking over beach chairs the resort’s security staff quickly identified interlopers and moved them along. I paid for garden view they stuck me in front of a old dirty pond in the back with no view. I ask for another room then the put me next to a hotel that was getting remodeled that was dirty. Don't let the pic fool u because its not. The staff kept adding charges to my bill even though I know its was no taxes . They pocket the extra. Had to keep asking for my room to be clean and stuff refilled bad resort.

The room is spacious bur the beach was very disappointing. There was a wall then big slope then right to water edge. The beach was littered with garbage so ocean water was brown and had garbage floating. No way I want to go in to swim in that. Buffett breakfast was good.

靜中帶旺！酒店門口對面已經是按摩和餐廳，門口左手面第一間店是買雞河粉和鴨河粉超好吃，一直左手面沿住路很多小吃，酒店有風筒，超好用很夠熱，水溫也很夠熱， email給酒店，他們會到機場接送很貼心，私人沙灘很美麗！早餐也可以！

非常好的住宿體驗，整個住宿區整潔且工作人員親切，有免費機場接送，房間乾淨床很舒適，花園及泳池保持很好，自己沙灘及陽傘維護良好，幾乎沒有缺點的住宿，下次去富國島住宿首選。
