We stayed in phu quoc for 2 days. Not enough time. We had a wonderful time the check in process was easy and the airport shuttle was great. Lucas and Henry made our stay absolutely amazing.

-Lots of things to do in the resort Kite flying , SUP, kayak, sand play, children art. -beach is beautiful, clean and neat -Borrow a bike from the reception -unlimited buggy rides between the resort the night market -various types of food at breakfast restaurants - a bit far if you want to go to the safari

This is amazing hotel!! We had great time for 3days. All staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms are clean and we have nice view from the window. We enjoyed swimming at private pool and cycling. Thank you for everything. We are looking forward to staying this hotel soon.

Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. Mia and her manager were very helpful and apologetic in addressing the noise issues and it was resolved efficiently.

The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop off, free. They have a buffet breakfast with lots of selection and it is tasty. I would definitely stay again.

The villa was nice, roomy and clean. Pool was small but perfect for a private pool. The complex is somewhat still under development and some homes are not finished. We came in the off season so a lot of activities were not available. Breakfast buffet was nice mixture of East and West food options. Resort is in an area that will eventually become busy and full of stores. However you need transport to go into town or see some of the sites on the island.

The service staffs were great and helpful! The restaurant is a bit pricey but has good dishes and service is good. Air conditioning in one master bedroom is not adequate to cool down the room. There is trash on the property beach that needs to be collected.

ホテル名と当方のネームプレートを持ったスタッフが出迎えてくれたので、空港を出て1分も経たずにシャトルサービスの方と合流できました。途中でスーパーに寄ってもらえたのも助かりました！ 施設は清潔でスタッフも感じ良く、最高のバケーションとなりました。

9월 말 - 10월 초 가족여행으로 갔습니다. 성인4, 아이3이었고, 밤비행기로 도착해서 체크인이 굉장히 늦었었어요. 1. 약간 사진보정이 있습니다. 숙소가 구리다는 건 아니구요. 보통 사진으로 상태 대략 짐작하는데, 실제 도착했을 때 상태가 사진만큼 만족스럽진 않았습니다. - 인테리어가 제 기준 조금 올드하다는 느낌이 들었습니다. - 관리를 하는 거 같긴 한데 잔디나 흙 패인 곳이 좀 있습니다. 2. 숙소 처음 들어 갔을 때, 바닥에 흙이 버석버석 밟혔습니다. 첫날이라 그냥 잤고, 다음날 하우스키핑에 요청하니 바로 청소해주셨습니다. 3. 세면대나 기타 물 쓰는 곳 주변 실리콘 마감부에 곰팡이가 피어 있습니다. 이 부분은 제대로 관리가 안되고 있다고 생각됩니다. 안도차인에서 제 리뷰를 보신다면 이 부분도 신경써주는 것이 어떨까요? 4. 직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 평이 굉장히 좋아서 예약했는데 숙소 상태보고 물음표 세개정도 떴었는데 이게 직원들이 끌어 올려놓은 평점 같다는 생각이 들 정도로 친절했습니다. - 항상 친절하고 밝은 표정의 직원들 - 특히 한국인들은 카카오톡으로 서비스를 요청할 수 있어서 편리 했습니다. 직원들도 퇴근을 했을텐데 기꺼이 카카오톡 요청을 다 들어주더군요. 고마워요 Mia - 데려간 아이들이 영유아라 조식이나 숙소에서 어지럽히는게 많았었는데 아이들에게 너무 친절했고, 불편한 느낌 안들게 이것저것 신경써주는 느낌이었습니다. - 침대 고가 높아서 영유아들 재우기 위험해 보여 바닥에 이불 깔고 재우고 있었는데 다음날 이불 깔았던 자리에 바로 매트 가져다 주시더라구요. 요청도 하지 않았는데 알아서 챙겨주십니다. 5. 어떤 이유인지는 모르나 리셉션과 입구가 아직 건축이 덜 되어있었습니다.(25년 10월기준) 빌라 한채를 리셉션으로 개조해서 쓰고 있었습니다. - 바닷가에 가까운 빌라 2채를 직원들 공용공간?(창고) 처럼 쓰고 있었고, 저는 그 바로 옆방이었습니다. - 나름 바닷가와 가장 가까운 방으로 배치해 준 것 같긴한데, 뭔가 창고 옆 이라는 느낌이 조금 불편했습니다. - 그랩 쓰시는 분들은 위치 조정해서 조식 뷔페 앞으로 내려다 달라고 하는게 제일 편할 듯 합니다. 6. 빌라에서 나와서 조금만 걸으면 조식먹는 곳이고, 바로 바다가 보입니다. 석양이 정말 예쁜 곳이고, 바닷물은 동해바다 수준입니다. ** 제가 숙소 컨디션에 약간 까다로운 편이기도 한데, 직원들이 정말 친절해서 이 정도 평점 나오는 듯 합니다.

服務真的很好，每位工作人員也很和善，會努力幫你解決問題。特別多謝親切的 Mr Lucas, Mr Luu Son 以及 不斷接送我們的 Mr Hai. 酒店 到 Sonesea Night Market, 酒店都會安排Buggy Mr Hai 接送， 出入都方便， Night Market 很乾淨，每晚都會到 Night Market 購物。 整體都很好的，酒店到沙灘只要行2分鐘，晚上沙灘也有足夠的燈光，可以好好享受海風，小孩晚上玩沙也安全，是值得推介的。

해변 바로 앞이라 해변과 풀빌라의 풀을 동시에 즐기기 좋았습니다. 침구 깨끗하고 편했구요. 다만 개미가.. 개미 싫어하시는 분은 피해야겠습니다. 소나시 시장으로 버기서비스 좋았고 카약, 튜브충전 무료, 1시~2시 사이 1+1피자 이용, 깨끗한 개인풀 잘 이용했습니다.

특히 대가족 여행으로 가성비 좋은 풀빌라 입니다. 직원들 너무 친절하고 고객의 모든 요청에 최선을 다하는 모습 너무 고마웠습니다. 이 빌라의 가장 좋은 점은 Sonasea 야시장이 도보 5분 거리에 있어 다양한 seafood 혹은 두곳의 한국 식당에서 저녁 식사가 가능했고 물품 구매도 외부로 나갈 필요가 없다는 것입니다. 빌라에서 버기차로 왕복시켜주니 더없이 편했습니다. 프라이빗 비치에 만들어 놓은 작은 나무 부두 조형물은 인생샷 나오는 명소였고 두대까지 대여 가능한 자전거로 끝도없는 바닷가 자전거 도로를 시원하게 달리는것도 너무 좋았습니다. 빈펄 수준은 아니어도 알찬 조식도 기억에 남습니다. 공항은 십여분, 혼똠섬 케이블카는 20여분 거리. 빈펄 그랜드 월드까지 무료셔틀도 있었습니다.네임 벨류 없는 빌라이지만 좋은 점이 아주 많은 좋은 선택이었습니다.

매우 만족

대형 리조트는 아니어서 오히려 도보로 가고싶은 곳을 편하게 갈수 있어서 더 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 베트남에서 먹은 커피중에 제일 맛있었습니다. 내부는 현대적이고 깔끔했으며 직원분들도 아주 친절하셨어요. 건기에 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

일단 청소상태가 좋지 않았어요 바닥에 전 고객이 버리고 간듯한 비닐조각도 있고.. 가격대비 시설이 좋은건 맞으나 서비스수준이 좋지는 않습니다 버기를 불렀는데 10분 뒤에 온다해서 기다렸어요 밖에 나와 기다렸는데 20분이 지나도 오질 않아 다시 들어가서 전화를 하니 바로 보내준다해서 다시 기다렸지만 한참 오질 않다가 저 멀리 버기가 보여 반가웠어요 근데 우릴 태우지 않고 그냥 지나가면서 쏘리쏘리 하더군요 열받아서 그냥 걸어서 리셉션에 가서 말하니 별 미안한 기색도 없고 바로 버기를 준비하더군요 다음날은 룸 청소가 안되어 있고 10시되니 리셉션은 퇴근해버리고... 보안요원이 타월 찾아줬어요 저렴한 가격에 풀빌라이용하고 한밤중에 수영한거는 좋았으나 다음에는 이용하고 싶지 않아요

3박4일간 아주 편안하고 행복한 시간이었습니다. 프라이빗 비치는 말할 것도 없고, 리조트 내 풍경도 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 직원들이 정말 친절해서 고마웠습니다. 다음 푸꾸옥 여행에도 숙소 이용하고 싶습니다😊
