「I have been there before but this time it was horrible」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room wasn’t as great. The bathroom shower was dirty. We had to wear sandals because we didn’t feel comfortable walking into the shower with bare feet. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The floors were dirty as well. We had to lay down bathroom towels onto the sofa because it was very stained and we felt uncomfortable sitting on it. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The AC doesn’t run the whole time. So it would turn the room from cold to...

「部屋は清潔でベッドも快適でしたが、バスタブの汚れが酷くお湯を溜めて入る勇気がでませんでした。 しかも汚れだけではなく、底が抜けそうなくらいブヨブヨしていたので、シャワーを浴びている時も不安でした。」

「毎朝の朝食ビュッフェがあり、物価が高いので本当に助かりました。ハンバーグみたいなやつがすごく美味しかったです。お部屋は広くて過ごしやすかったし、Wi-Fiも全く問題なく使えました。静かなホテルでした。」
