"The location was fantastic. It is right in the beautiful town of Perth and adjacent to the town park. The park has concerts, walking trails and a beautiful river flowing through. It was nice I didn't even need to cross a street to use the park."

"This motel is welcoming, convenient and clean, with comfortable beds. Parking and air conditioning are good, as is the tv. We enjoyed our 2-night stay and would recommend."

"Lovely spot. We were only there one night and stayed in the king room by the pool ( a separate building). Room was spacious, quiet and clean. The only suggestion I have is that there is an older model window air conditioner and its located in the washroom. As a result, the washroom is cold and the room is not cold enough. Perhaps a portable air conditioner in the main room? Breakfast was fantastic!"
