「This was our second "get away" visit. Once again we found the quiet, pastoral setting and fabulous healthy breakfasts allowed us to quickly relax and after just two nights, leave with a renewed sense of optimism and calm. We look forward to returning.」

「The location was fantastic. It is right in the beautiful town of Perth and adjacent to the town park. The park has concerts, walking trails and a beautiful river flowing through. It was nice I didn't even need to cross a street to use the park.」

「This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year.」

「Door lock keypad had a broken cover that was taped on. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Front door paint needed to be refreshed. You could see white and black paint. Room door stuck terribly and was very hard to open and close. Hallway carpet looked dirty and there was an odor. Toaster oven had had something melted on top of it and looked unappealing. I had high hopes but was disappointed. The surrounding neighborhood looks pretty run down too. Overall impression was just ok and for the price I really...
