「Nous avons fait la découverte d’un appartement très agréable, on s’y s’en bien dès l’arrivée. C’est extrêmement propre, décoré avec goût, très confortable, calme et très bien situé. On sent que tout a été pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs. Merci à Jérôme le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux.」

「Nous avons passé une nuit en arrivant assez tardivement (difficile de trouver l'entrée de nuit). Nous avons malheureusement constaté que la 7e place était un lit bébé ! Pour un enfant de quasi 4 ans ce n'était pas adapté. Sinon les commodités sont propres et opérationnelles mais les finitions sur les murs de la cuisine et de la salle de bain laissent à désirer.」

「The flat was fine and the location was excellent. However, the communication was bad. Request for more toilet paper, more garbage bags and most especially help with our bags upon departure we’re not responded to and we had to do everything ourselves」

「Tout c’est très bien passé: le message de hôte est clair, l’arrivée simple à l’horaire libre. Tout est parfaitement propre. Petite attention agréable de la part du hôte : bouteille du vin au réfrigérateur. Saune et spa comme sur l’annonce, bien propres. L’aménagement sympathique. Vraiment bien pensé en détailles pour passer un agréable moment en couple. Bravo et 5 étoiles sans hésiter !」

「Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange.」
