"The property is well located and of high quality. But the rooms get a lot of use and abuse so the condition of the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. Some of the chairs, for example, needs to be replaced. Staff was very helpful and courteous "

"Absolutely no hot water in the shower, and it would suddenly turn cold. The "hot" water in the sink had no water pressure, the floorboards in the bathroom were lifting from water damage. The staff was extremely rude and careless when these issues were brought to their attention and there was no resolve. absolutely would never stay there again. Utterly ridiculous conditions & staff behavior."

"I booked a “Superior Room” with a King bed and they put me in a much smaller room and said all the other rooms were occupied. This room had paper-thin walls and the door didn’t seal properly, so I could hear everything in the hallway and in the rooms around me, and the light from the hallway bled into my room too. The AC didn’t work as well. Even though it was a King bed, there was also only one bedside table. No breakfast either, but I knew that before booking. The bed was pretty comfortable though."

"this was a great, small hotel in a more "out of the way" section of Hollywood. It was an easy walk down to Hollywood Boulevard, and a quick drive to lots of other highlights in the area. I did not use the pool, but it was cute and apparently heated. The bar is a gem! Opens at 6pm and open until midnight with an intimate atmosphere. The attached diner (Clark Street Diner) is awesome as well. Very popular and happening."
