「Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. 「We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday. The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store...

「Food and staff were amazing. Only issue we had was with our water heater and maintenance guy not being helpful, they use gas water heaters and the duct for gasses was just a regular dryer duct that was deteriorating and had holes in it letting gasses into the room. I tried to have them fix it a couple of times explaining the dangers with no help. I just turned off the heater during the stay. If we hadn't this experience I would rate the hotel 20/10 but them not being helpful with this...
