***SECURITY CAMERAS***
There is a external security camera facing the parking lot. The camera is on 24/7, have the ability to record audio/video and are motion triggered.

Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (10pm-6am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Occupancy Limits:
Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave.

Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Security Deposit and Rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

Pets:
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay. Please clean after your dog and keep our backyard ready for the next guests.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently.
