It wasn't too crowded like most places we stayed at in the past. The elevators were quick with hardly any wait time. The walk to the beach was a short distance. "I loved the access to the beach. Although we were told by more than one representative that there would be beach loungers and umbrellas available in the morning hours for half day morning rentals, when we got down to the beach were told it was either all day rental or afternoon only. We complained at the lobby registration and they made it right with two free beach day rentals. The restaurant was nice but a little pricey. The cocktails poolside were nice. The pool is open till midnight which was a nice escape from the heat. The lazy river was small but still very functional and nice addition. The Polynesian show was very nice at sunset. The rooms."
