Perfect location on the big Island. Walk-able to some beaches, good driving access to the north, to Hilo and Kona area. Dry and desert like for 20 miles beyond the resort oasis but lush forests further afield. The property was nicely furnished and decorated, very clean and comfortable.

This is a sweet, simple little park, but if you're limited on time, I would recommend going to Hawaiian Tropical Botanical instead.
