"We stayed in a deluxe room and whilst it was kept clean by the staff, the room was tired and in need of some attention. It could also have done with some soft furnishings to make it feel a bit cosier. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but went up to the bar for a drink. Lovely views of Palermo. ..."

The AC was blowing to my head.(not the best position for it.) At some point, there was an electricity outrage so there was no even water(!) to take ..."
