「Good, clean, secure property. Had trouble entering the code. As written in the instructions, every input is registered as a number. Especially at night, this is challenging to find the correct digits as there is no background light on the keypad. Every touch is a digit, and at night (even with or without two Margaritas) that is problematic. A phone call to the host went to voicemail; called VRBO customer service and got a new code. If I were the host, I would get tired of late night calls and...

「This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom. We left within minutes, did not feel safe to sit down, or bring our belongings in. Right next to highway with loud trucks going by. Reached out to Expedia and VRBO and after dozens of chats,...

「When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again.」

「We checked in on Monday. got a room in the main Motel 6 building 2nd floor with no balcony. The room we booked and expected had been advertised to be one of the rooms in a separate 1 story building with a balcony; listed under a different owner’s name-Belvilla, it appeared to be a remodeled version of a room we stayed in years ago. The front desk at motel 6 had our reservation and said the remodeled rooms in the separate building were booked.
Belvilla aka Motel 6 policy supposedly requires a...

「Our family booked a stay here to be near Oceanside. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Additionally we are grateful the host was able to accommodate 2 last minute additions to our group. The unit is close/walking distance to vista village for eating and shopping and a very short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this VRBO.」
