Apartment with living room, kitchen corner and 1 bedroom 60 meters from the beach,
The house was completely restored in June 2017.
All the facilities are new as well as the rooms, floors, kitchens and all the furnishings. You only use the slippers

Paradise for Kite, Windsurf and Bicycle.

Beautiful beach, with the possibility for children to enjoy the beach autonomously since the water is low for the first 80 meters from the shore. Crystal clear water, breathtaking sunsets.

Perfect for couples and families (with 1 child).
Every day, there are 5 truckloads of food, household items and the like that come in front of the house, so there's no need to go shopping.
At the end of the driveway there is a huge pond with pink cranes (nature reserve).

We did not install air conditioners and none of the guests ever complained because the house enjoys natural ventilation, ie just close the curtains and mosquito nets and leave the windows open.

Marzamemi and Portopalo 5 min by car, San Lorenzo to 10, Known for 15 min, Scicli to 20, Syracuse to 25, Modica to 25, Ragusa to 40.
Vendicari and its marvelous oasis with the calamus beach and the tuna at 15 km. Immersed among the Cantine (including Planeta, Rudinì, Barone) and enogastronomic routes in Sicilian Baroque (Noto, Acireale, Acitrezza, Avola, Modica, Ibla, Ortigia)

Meravigliosa vacanza !!!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in coppia nel mese di Agosto 2017 . La struttura è nuovissima ed il gran gusto dei proprietari nell'arredare gli appartamenti ti fa sentire come a casa però con VISTA sul mare !! Tutto perfetto .....immersi in un paradiso naturale a due passi dal mare ..... ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare questa splendida terra oppure come "punto fermo" per vivere una splendida vacanza ......da consigliare !! Raoul & Elena grazie !!
