This was our third time staying there. It is a great location with numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk. Breakfast buffet is very good. I wish that there was a place to get towels by the pool, rather than having to get them by the beach. Also, it would be nice to have a little shop by the lobby for snacks and essentials. Be sure to check out the fruit stand on the corner with huge slices of watermelon. Also the guy selling fruit out of the bed of his truck parked across the street has terrific fruit!
Located right on the beach, very clean and well kept hotel. The rooms might need a little updating to be more modern, but otherwise, very good hotel. The staff iare very good and very helpful. Bring your water shoes for the beach as it’s a pebble and not sand. 10-15 taxi ride to Taormina, but I would also recommend checking out Giardini Naxos Port area.
we were torn on whether we wanted to stay in Taormina or here. we were very happy with our decision. we took a day trip to the city and isla bella’s and loved the town and hotel we came home to each night.
good food, great bed, bedding and pillows! very happy.
My only complaint about the hotel was that they did not have enough wait staff in the dining area at the pool or indoor dinning room for dinner. We had to wait a long time to order and receive our meal. Otherwise, the staff in the hotel was amazing. Salvo at the reception desk, bent over backwards to help us with our needs. Over all, we enjoyed our stay there. They just need to get more staff in their dining areas..
The staff make this hotel - they are so lovely, kind and welcoming. Thank you

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
Check in was the worst I had to wait until 5:00pm as they gave me a room with an accessible bathroom that I didn’t want or asked for.
Overall after that, everything was smooth.
The food at the pool restaurant was good
The beach is beautiful but water is very deep so if you have small kids that don’t know how to swim you are stuck at the pool.
But realistically it’s like that almost everywhere.
I would come back, hoping for more attention.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
let’s start with the good points, it’s right in the beach, staff are friendly & helpful, it’s kept clean throughout. Beautiful clear sea & not too busy at the beach. Here’s the rest: the property is dated, there were renovations beginning but the rooms were ancient. The gym was not as plentiful as advertised & even after i complained the air con never worked. The pool is tiny - especially for the size of the hotel & the beds were “reserved” by people very early. Breakfast was nice but by 9am it was battered & breakfast doesn’t finish until 10.30am. No on site parking - it wasn’t far & was managed by an external company 18€ is pretty expensive to park in an uncovered building site with pot holes etc. Just felt that this was overpriced for what it was & the usual very clever photography made out tgus hotel was better than it was

The hotel is really nice , the buffet breakfast is really good, the service and staff are really good. Great swimming pool and area.
The hotel and amenities were very nice. The pool was lovely. However, the restaurant/s were awful!! We waited 2hours for our food. Sat with no glasses for our wine. I ended up having to take fresh glasses off of a clean table because our wine was getting warm. When the food came out it was not even eatable. My husbands swordfish was disgusting. It was hard (overcooked) and had a rancid taste. I think it was from frozen? It was 10:30 pm, we were starving and just ended up walk out. The staff was running around with empty hands. People around us were getting frustrated, shouting and flailing their hands. I almost felt bad for the staff because they were being so poorly managed.
everything was fantastic. the front desk staff were amazing, every single one of them. The pool and beach were beautiful and just steps away. The breakfast was immaculate and delicious.I will definitely stay here again. Grazie.
