「This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.」

「I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time.」

We notified desk shortly after getting into our room to express there was a plumbing issue. You see the cold water know was completely moving around, and wouldn't turn. They called maintenance 2 different folks that expressed it couldn't be fixed with our visit. We kindly ask to be moved and we're told they couldn't do so. In our room...Toilet fill valve is messed up, remote falls apart every time you touch it, 32" TV?, clock won't display anymore, sheets are super scratchy...and the worst of all the beds are awful. No support at all, and you can feel the straps through the sheets. For a budget motel its fine and we have stayed in a lot, but for a 3 star we expected a bit more. 「A plus is the hotel is affordable. It’s super high traffic. Because of that the hallways and building were always warm and humid. The staff will check you in and try to upgrade your package with shows. I’m sure they have good deals but pressure isn’t our vibe. The rooms were fine. The bed was the best perk of the stay- above average. Our bathroom looked messy as far as remodeling and our tub was multiple colors and over worn. It’s central to everything which is nice. 「Very clean and the pool was clean. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Hotel a little dated but again clean. Breakfast was great!」

「Our bedsheets were never changed. In the middle of the night I found someone’s E-cig under my pillow. We also requested for our room to be cleaned and it looked like a toddler made our bed. Around the pool area it’s dirty with algae growing under the pool chairs. In general everything just needs a good cleaning. Very unpleasant stay.」
