「First, the hotel offers a basic but quality breakfast that includes bread, fruit, cereal, French fries, scrambled eggs, and a variety of drinks. The view of the streets from the rooms and balconies is lovely. The hotel is adjacent to downtown Ottawa, so you can visit the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, etc easily on foot. This hotel was perfect for me.」

「Les consignes pour le stationnement ne sont pas claires. Les employés à la réception devraient bien expliquer comment cela fonctionne et s’assurer de donner le billet pour la sortie du stationnement lors du Check-out. 」

「町からはちょっと距離はありますが、ハイウェイからはすぐで静かな所です。部屋も大きく綺麗でした。バスルームはまるで新築みたいに綺麗でしたし、大き目のバスタブで熱いお湯勢いよく気持ち良かったです。私達は2家族で行きましたが、残念ながら続き部屋はありません。不思議な事にホテルのサインが無くてコンフォート インかどうかレセプションに確認したくらいです。」

「The staff at the desk, took a really long time at check out. They were about to charge me twice for the room. I had already paid through expedia (paypal) and once there they ask me for my credit card to freeze an amount for safety (which is fine) but since they had my card in the system, they were about to do a check out on the card that was holding the safety deposit. I had to insist that I had previously paid the rental of the room through expedia(paypal). It was a bit long and uncomfortable...

「Visited here in the off season and was given one of the condos as our room for the night. Truly amazing, large open concept space of kitchen, dining and family room. Tastefully decorated. Spacious washroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub, and larger master bedroom. Even though the hotel was area was virtually closed, the wonderful staff brought us continental breakfast the night before to put in our fridge and coffee with cream. There was enough food for 6 people. I hope to come back here...
