「First, the hotel offers a basic but quality breakfast that includes bread, fruit, cereal, French fries, scrambled eggs, and a variety of drinks. The view of the streets from the rooms and balconies is lovely. The hotel is adjacent to downtown Ottawa, so you can visit the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, etc easily on foot. This hotel was perfect for me.」

「Construction on parking lot. No availability. Stsff was very helpful but not much could be done. Parking was available in the next block, but expensive..」

「I stayed five days to visit and work at the national library (LAC) in Wellington st.,15 minutes to walk from the hotel (no buses), this wasn't problem for me, as there's no reasonable hotel around it. For visitors like me, it's almost the best place to stay, I can say : large living room, kitchen, bathroom, communicative staff, laundry, swimming pool, etc. Many shops around to support the relatively long-term visitors. 「The manager and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the manager about our room and they tried to accommodate us with a different room. On the Sunday while we were having breakfast, the same manager came over and spoke with us about our room and listened to our suggestions as to how tha hotel could change things to make the room more wheelchair accessible for others.」

「We had a room looking onto the Rideau River, so it was nice and quiet, even though we were very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was a bit smallish and the shower was rather claustrophobic, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.」

「This hotel was budget priced. It was good value for money. The only negative I can point to was the breakfast which was “continental”and was not available until 9:00 am. luckily I had planned to take my own breakfast. All in all the hotel was good value for money」
