This was a great hotel with a harbor view. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazing, storing our luggage and opening the dining area for us while we waited for connections. The parking was tight but doable. We would definittely stay there again!

Room was clean and had an amazing lake view. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Bento box style breakfast was satisfying. There is underground parking at the hotel and another parking lot across the street. Lots to see and do near the hotel. I will be happy to stay here again!

Great location in Kingston by the waterfront. Very reasonably priced and could choose rooms w view of lake or of city. We had one of the top rooms on 6th floor with city view, it was spacious and clean but a bit dated. Nonetheless, we could see the downtown buildings and could step down and walk half a block to the waterfront. It was great to see sunrises at the lake. There are some homeless people in area but this is true for all other hotels in area so not much that they can do.
