"チェックイン時、部屋の清掃が十分ではなかったように感じます。ベッド下、部屋の隅のホコリ、ダイニングテーブル下やキッチン床には食べこぼしがかなり落ちていました。前の方の使用後、あまり掃除がなされていないように見えました。一軒家で床面積が広いので掃除に時間がかかるのは理解できますが、もう少し清掃が行き届いていると快適に過ごせると思いました。また、スタッフの方へのメールでの連絡へは迅速な返事が得られ、安心感がありました。"

"【良かった点】 鶴橋から徒歩3分ぐらいと電車移動しやすかった。 近くに飲食店がたくさんあり食事には困らない。 徒歩30秒ぐらいでコンビニがあったので便利。 【改善してほしい点】 歳のせいか電子ロックの反応が悪かった。 （手が乾燥してるからかも） 坪庭の照明が目立つので位置を変えて間接照明みたいにしたほうがもっと雰囲気が良くなると思います。"

"1. Murasaki house does not exist anymore. The owner was changed buy i was still charged for it. 2. The was no staff present 3. We actually went inside that property ( the door was open) and it looked completly unsanitary. 4. We found out it was a scam and after 4 days of extesibely explaining expedia of what happened we finally got our money back. 5. Be careful where you book"

"We had the best 3-night stay in a Miyabi club room. The hotel amenities and staff were excellent and the lounge breakfast, tea and cocktail service is the best we experienced in Japan (we booked club rooms in Kyoto and Tokyo too). The only problem we faced is that we were always so well fed from the hotel it was difficult to try all the local food outside. Will definitely book this hotel again. "
