"Excelente hotel. Queda exactamente al frente del parque Universal. Para poder llegar allí súper accesible ya que hay un tren que pasa por el mismo frente. Lugares de comer cerca. La hospitalidad de los empleados es increíble. Al llegar huele rico. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Hotel grande al igual que la habitación. Lo súper recomiendo. Mi pareja y yo viajamos desde Puerto Rico a Japón y realmente nos llevamos tremenda experiencia enriquecedora. Me volvería a quedar más noches este hotel. "

"Spacious rooms, and the view was spectacular. Very close to shopping mall, outlet mall, and public transit. Lawson is right on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Across from Universal studios, across the bay from the aquarium, across the street from the metro. Very nice. However, getting into Osaka required a bit of planning and time. The hotel itself was excellent."
