「This was the perfect place to explore the landing beaches and cemeteries from. It was so close to Bayeux, also a great town to explore. My kids loved the lofted area, calling it the kid lounge. The gated courtyard means my kids could run around and I didn’t have to worry about traffic. Added bonus- the large trampoline was a hit! Thank you! 」

「Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus mit nettem Vorgarten zum Essen. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen weiteren großen Garten zur allerdings stark befahrenen Straße. Das Haus hat drei Bäder (!!), eine sehr große Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und zwei geräumige Zimmer im ersten Stock mit jeweils einem Bad. Zum Omaha Beach und nach Bayeux fährt man 20 Minuten. Insgesamt sehr schön und abseits der Touristenmassen um August. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter (Engländer).」

「Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing. Caen and the D Day landing...

「This is a charming apartment on a small farm. It was very quiet and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was conveniently located upstairs with the 2 bedrooms (the stairs are narrow, but our parents handled them fine). We cooked multiple delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed visiting with our friendly hosts (especially those with 4 legs) and were even supplied some eggs for breakfast. I highly recommend choosing this rental when visiting Normandy. 」
