「There wasn’t much to do here but the place was nice for. 3 day vacation . The dishwasher didn’t clean all of the dishes properly. The place was clean and big . The hot tub was nice . I would come back again .」

「The house was very easy to get too. It was very clean, organized and comfortable. It was down the mountain from mount mitchell and close to downtown Burnsville, which is a cute town to visit. We really enjoyed our time at the man on the moon cabin.」

「We spent Easter Weekend at Cane River Cabin and it was fantastic. The property was absolutely beautiful with the river running right thru the backyard. We all fished and caught some trout and really enjoyed sitting out back by the fire, listening to the river flow by at night. There was firewood for the fire pit and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. 「From the moment we arrived Hans the host welcomed us and gave us a quick overview of Maybelline. Even though Maybelline is technically off grid, everything you need is there. The sound of the rushing water lulled us to sleep each night and the sun peaking in from the mountains behind us was a lovely way to wake up each morning. It's a beautiful and serene space with plenty to explore close by. I booked my stay for the first week in April because I was attending a class in Weaverville that week....

「We (me, husband and 10 yr old) stayed for 3 days for my husband's birthday. This little rental was perfect! It was clean and welcoming. There were extra amenities like snacks, toiletries and other items we've normally always brought ourselves to rentals. You were within walking distance of 2 restaurant, a coffee shop/book store and a few other kitche shops. It was a great location to stay!」
