「Didn’t use the laundry 」

「Valerie at the front desk and who checked me in was above and beyond in customer service. She checked to see if I had a IGH account—which I did but had forgotten, and reminded me about the points and promotions. This Holiday Inn is a well managed property. Thank you」

「Welcoming owner. Friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable with minimal fuss. Fun retro touches. Within easy drive of lots of places of interest, outdoor activities and museums.」

「Great two night stay! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub both days. Our room was clean and neat and fully stocked. The bathroom had obvious water damage along the walls, and the furnishings were dated- but all functioned well- even the DVD player! We rented some from the front desk. Our room was next to an entry point so there was noise every time someone entered the building. The grounds were well kept- we utilized the Adirondack chairs in the morning for coffee and in the evenings...

「I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options. The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「Everything about room was good except shower area. Grout around shower floor was black and moldy.」

「We had a wonderful stay in the large Room #3. Although the bathroom is small, it is updated and clean. All necessary amentities were present including slippers and extra toothbrushes and paste. Nice touch! Continental breakfast was deluxe and freshly made pot of coffee was delicious. Loved the creamer/milk choices in the fridge. Will stay here again!」
