「Walk around the building and you're on Dog Beach, Ocean Beach. You can't get a closer location. Perfect if you're bringing your friends to stay the day at the beach. Dog Beach is an off leash Beach so they can run and have fun hanging with 400 of their closest friends. This hotel is old, built in 1960. They keep it up for the most part. Employees are exceptional, always there to help. It's rated at 2 stars, which must not take into consideration the location. We used to stay down at a cove....

「Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by!」

「This historic cottage is lovely! We had a wonderful stay and the property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Brenden is an excellent host. The cottage is very charming and the backyard space is private and cozy. The neighborhood is awesome. Easy walks to great coffee shop, restaurants, and tide pools. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips.」

「This is a perfect spot for exploring Ocean Beach and the surrounding areas. Everything is walkable from the house. It was a nice size for my husband and I, 2 adult children and their partners. We had our privacy and peace in the lower studio with the kids on the main level. Nice furnishings and comfortable beds. There is lots of outdoor space too. Ocean beach has a large variety of restaurants and bars. Surfing lessons available too.」

「The room was fantastic! super clean, looked like it was recently remodeled. Location was great, right along the harbor walkway, with restaurants all around. This was a business/family trip. Staff was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back when we're back in San Diego 」
