An idyllic stay awaits when you book this splendid, fifth-floor condo in Marítima Playa Flamingos Rentals! This beachfront resort boasts numerous on-site amenities, including easy beach access, a spa with a sauna and a steam room (free of charge), two padel courts, an on-site restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Sky Bar, a fitness center, a hammock area, and four swimming pools (two of them are heated and can be found on the rooftop), and one children's pool.

Bucerias, Nayarit, and the surrounding area offer a myriad of activities. Explore vibrant art scenes and delectable local cuisine. Tee off at the Flamingos Golf Course located just two miles away. Planeta Cacao (two miles) and El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary (three miles) offer exciting and educational exhibits. Dive into the rich marine life through scuba diving excursions, or embark on boat tours to the Marietas Islands for thrilling whale watching. No matter your choice, this paradise promises a remarkable vacation experience.

Take the elevator up to the fifth floor to discover a beautiful ocean-view condo. This stunning retreat offers a pristine open floor plan that seamlessly blends all living spaces into one, making it perfect for hosting and entertaining guests. Settle in the air-conditioned living room, featuring comfortable furniture and a sleek smart TV with streaming services to keep up with your favorite TV shows. A full kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances is at your disposal to make cooking a breeze. You can find numerous supermarkets and convenience stores within a few miles, so don't hesitate to stock up on groceries and prepare an exquisite Mexican dish. The living area opens onto an extensive, wrap-around balcony with an outdoor dining table, a lounge area, a bistro table for two, and two loungers. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outside, sunbathe, and relax while enjoying enviable ocean views.

All three bedrooms have access to the balcony. The main bedroom features a huge walk-in closet, wall-to-wall windows that let in plenty of natural light, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have smart TVs, making it easy to unwind and watch your favorite shows.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note the spa is a private concession and it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Booking in advance is needed to use the sauna and steam room.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
