「Really nice apartment with ample street parking. Depending on what time you get there it might be harder to find a spot but we got there around 8pm and found a spot very close to the apartment. Host was very responsive, only thing is i wish they would have sent the check in codes to my phone as a text rather than as a message through the app since it didn’t load all the way and it took some time to receive it. 「Overall communication and assistance was great. The couch was advertised as being a pullout but it wasn't. Parking was only available on the street so we always had to park two streets over which was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great.」

「地下鉄レッドラインの駅からもほど近く、良いホテルだと思います。歴史を感じる建物で、一回のロビーは素晴らしいです。バーでのウェルカムドリンクが付いているクーポンに気が付かず、有償で飲んでしまいました。また朝食のクーポンは、朝になって気が付き朝食をいただきました。ただ店員・料理が全然追い付いておらず、空いた料理が続きました。またドリンクもグラスやカップが追い付かず待たされました。部屋については満足です。そこそこ広い部屋で、デスクが広くて使いやすい。景色は望めませんでしたが、快適でした。」

「隣は最高の朝食をいただけるLou Mitchell's、 Chicago Union Stationからも近く、シカゴの後列車移動するため立地がよく助かりました。 広いキッチンと大きな冷蔵庫、食器も備え付けでした。バスタブもあり、部屋でゆっくりしたい私たちにとって、最高の設備でした。部屋は壁が薄いため、隣の部屋のテレビや人の声がきり大きく聞こえるのは気になりまし。 フロントデスクはないですが、誰かしらがエントランス付近にはいてくださいました。荷物を預けるロッカーは数個しかないですが、バックヤードで預かってくださりありがたかったです。チャットで連絡するとすぐに返信をいただけたので安心できました。 またシカゴに行く際は再訪したいです！」
