「courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!」

「2度目だが寒い季節は初。 前はそれほど気にならなかったが、とにかくシャワーのお湯の出が悪い。 湯温も低く、水量が少なすぎて、寒くて耐えられない。 自分が滞在した部屋だけかもしれないが、そこしか印象に残らなかった。 あとは普通の部屋の広いホテル」

「ホテルは綺麗だし、設備も良いが、シャワーの勢いがとても弱い。そこだけが残念。 また到着すると満室だからといって近くの系列へ行くように言われ一泊だけはそちらで。 そこはまだ許せるが、チェックアウトの際にhotelsで予約した時と全然違う高い料金で精算されそうになった。 気づいたからよかったものの、こういったところは残念だった。」

「Stayed here for nine nights and experienced all Rochester weather from cold rainy nights to beautiful warm sunny days. The fall foliage was reaching its peak and was putting on a great show. Had a great time visiting relatives and friends in the area.」
