「First time trying Best Western Check in was smooth, front desk clerk was polite. The room was not what we expected. It had a door that joins with the next room, we could hear everything. Kids talking loud as well as parents, crying for a long time while we were trying to sleep. The seat by the window had a pillow with “ stains” don’t ask, guess. The sink had a leak we didn’t notice till we stepped on the water puddle. The laminated floor mist likely want mopped after each use, I stepped...

「The stay was ok. The problem is the location. At night they close the road due to construction and that's the only road you can take to get to the hotel. It took us almost an hour to connect with someone who could help us to get thru 」

「Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was good. Only the A/C didn't get cold enough. I couldn't get it to a decent temp to sleep comfortably. We got back late to our room and assumed the hotel was full so I didn't report it until we left. 」

「Room was dirty, didn’t get cleaned daily, closet rack to hang clothing was backwards and couldn’t use it to hang our clothes. I asked for a luggage rack to hang our clothes. When we got back to the room all of our clothing was spread out on bed and they took the luggage rack. Window blind didn’t work. Everything was reported since first day and was told it will get fixed and they never fixed anything.」
