ノースウエスト サン アントニオのアパート

「They are all greedy and would not give me a refund even though I didn't stay there and canceled my reservation.」

「Excellence in every way!」

「Clean apartment goodo Check-in and check-out instructions」

「I had an emergency change in my clinical rotation site 72 hours after booking and was only refunded 50% of the full amount paid and no options for a full refund. I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation. 」

「I grabbed some snacks from the vending machine, and it was a good way to unwind after a busy day exploring. Prices are really reasonable here, too!」

「My kid loved the comfy room and we all had a really nice time unwinding together.」

「Great service and a fantastic stay! Definitely worth the price.」

「The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back.」
