「The apartment was nice, the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, and the complex is very quiet. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated. Even though it's on the fourth floor, there are multiple elevators, which was great. The pool and gym were usually empty. Good stay, overall.」

I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation. 」

「The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back.」
