「The apartment was nice, the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, and the complex is very quiet. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated. Even though it's on the fourth floor, there are multiple elevators, which was great. The pool and gym were usually empty. Good stay, overall.」

「I had an emergency change in my clinical rotation site 72 hours after booking and was only refunded 50% of the full amount paid and no options for a full refund. I booked on a Friday and sent email to cancel on a Monday- even though I booked in less than 30 days of stay- no grace period allowed and was not empathetic to situation. 」
