「The pictures online are definitely not what the property looks like. I had my assistant call and make a reservation and confirm the reservation requesting a room in the 3rd floor. That wasn’t granted, the room was in the first floor; the hallway stuck so badly if wet carpet and trash; the clerk blamed it on sun light coming in which didn’t make any sense. The room. Was just as dingy and rub down, carpet had all kinds of stains in it. The drain in the sink was missing so it was letting bad air...

「So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours.
