"AC filter was very dirty had not been cleaned in quite some time. Called front desk left room for the day came back. Staff had to be reminder to clean it with a 2nd call. But other than that staff was great, breakfast area clean overall good stay. I will choose this hotel again for my next visit. Thank you"

"We stayed in room 134. It wasn’t one of the themed rooms, but it was very modern and clean. It had everything we needed with the exception of a microwave (or at least we couldn’t fine one). That would be my only suggestion - add a microwave. Location is good. It is not downtown. Downtown is walkable, but we had one in our party that has a bad knee, so we drove into downtown and parked in a garage. As it was off season, we didn’t have a problem parking. We had a good time in Salem and would definitely stay at the Cove again if we make it back up. "

"I’ve stayed here many times very convenient with the airport shuttle runs 24 hours. I believe it seems to always run when I need it where some of the other hotels did not coffee in the morning would be nice. Other than that they do a good job staff was very helpful and friendly as well easy check in. "
