"Great location. Walkable to several things. Certainly warm when it rains and the humidity is high (no a/c) but fine as soon as it stops raining. I know having snorkel gear is just a bonus, but was very disappointed when we hiked to tunnels beach and only realized once we were there that the snorkel gear was defective. "This was a perfect stay if you have had prior visits to Kauai and visited other attractions located further away from Princeville. Very close to Hanalei and attractions on the North Side of the island or if you just want to chill out at the resort. However still plenty to discovered nearby. The facilities was great; clean and spacious for two person. No air conditioning in our unit but plenty of breeze. The unit's kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with quick coffee/tea, simple electrical equipments-microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, small fridge, cups and tableware but we mostly ate out anyways. Has a small lanai (balcony) frequented by the mynah birds. The surrounding area was very lush and well manicured and felt very safe. Book it! "
