The ceiling had no sound deadening material to speak of. I listened to the upstairs tenants footsteps for three nights. Nice condo otherwise. But I wouldn’t recommend that particular condo. There upstairs units are a good choice. Or charge a lot less.

Makai Club was a great place to stay. The accommodations are clean, spacious, well-appointed, and views of lush vegetation all around are beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful.
